How we ship:

All orders are electronically sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping. Any order or payment received after 2:30 PM EST will be packed and shipped the following business day. We use the following carriers; FedEx, UPS, and U.S Mail for all our shipping needs. Please also note; FedEx and UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you are using PayPal we only ship to the confirmed address from PayPal.

Tracking numbers:

Due to the large volume, extreme security, and privacy we have with your personal information, we usually do not post tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be available within 24 hours of pickup. Beware that each shipper has different procedures and the way the product was shipped may not allow tracking numbers. If requested you will receive tracking numbers via e-mail only (remember we want your information fully confidential!). We are proud of our fast service and dedication to keep your information secure - Please understand, even though our site is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, we rely on our carriers to complete our obligation to you. Our carriers are only open normal business hours Monday-Friday and some on Saturday.
