A note about the Fair Credit Billing Act. Under this act, your bank limits your total loss and cannot hold you liable for more than fifty dollars of reported fraudulent charges. In the event your card is used in a fraudulent manner, you must notify your bank or card issuer immediately and in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a U.S. Postal Money Order (only) or Personal checks. Personal checks will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear and check account for current mailing address. All personal checks must accompany a photo copy of a drivers license with legible number and address before we ship any merchandise. Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. Charges on your Credit Card statement will be in the name (Planet Zero Technologies Inc. and/or PayPal) and will ship to the credit cards billing address, this is to protect the card holder against fraudulent charges. Return / Refund Policy: Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives for a "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA). If you are the original purchaser and need to return any purchased product for replacement or repair you will need to place the number (RMA) on the outside of your returned package. Without this number we cannot accept the returned merchandise and the package will be returned back to the sender. To acquire your RMA # please e-mail us at: , please include your name as it appeared on your order, the purchase date and type "Return Merchandise Authorization Request" in the subject line with a complete description of problem. In most cases we will e-mail back an RMA# and instructions on where to send the return package. PLEASE provide your Invoice # that shipped with your product/s.
